We go beyond legal requirements to give you the security you deserve. You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return or exchange, "no questions asked."

"As New" Condition: The watch must be unworn and free of any scratches, marks, or signs of wear.
Protective Films: Original protective plastics (on the crystal, case back, and bracelet) must remain intact.
Full Set: The original packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and any included tools (such as link removers) must be returned in the box.
3. Free Exchanges & Returns

SEMPRA - Official International Warranty and Care Manual
At SEMPRA, we design timepieces built to last. We strictly comply with current consumer regulations, offering a 3-year coverage against manufacturing defects.
However, a mechanical watch is a precision machine composed of hundreds of moving parts that require proper handling. Below, we detail what our warranty covers and, crucially, what is considered accidental damage not covered by the brand.
1. Warranty Coverage (What IS Covered)
In accordance with current regulations, we guarantee your SEMPRA watch against any lack of conformity (defects in materials or assembly) existing at the time of delivery.
● Duration: 3 years from the date of purchase.
● Condition: It is essential to present the stamped warranty card or the original purchase invoice.
● Resolution: If a factory defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the affected parts at no cost.
2. Technical Standards (What is NOT a Defect)
To determine if your watch has a fault, we rely on the official specifications provided by our movement manufacturers (Seiko/TMI and Epson). Any performance within these ranges is considered correct:
3. Warranty Exclusions (What is NOT Covered)
The warranty is void if the failure is due to improper use, negligence, or accidents. Please pay close attention to the following points, as they are frequent causes for the rejection of free repairs:
A. Impacts, Falls, and "Broken Pivots"
Mechanical movements feature anti-shock systems, but they have physical limits. The warranty DOES NOT COVER:
● Broken Pivots: If the balance staff or the pivots (the tips of the wheel axles) are found to be snapped, the warranty is automatically voided.
○ Technical Note: Pivots are made of hardened steel. Physically, it is impossible for
them to break due to a manufacturing defect or fatigue within 3 years. They only
break due to sudden deceleration (a sharp blow or a fall). A broken pivot is forensic
evidence of misuse.
● External Damage: If the watch shows signs of impact on the case, bezel, or crystal, any
associated internal failure will be considered a consequence of said impact.
● Detached Indices or Hands: Caused by the inertia of a heavy impact.
B. Water and Steam Damage
● Open Crowns: Water entry due to the crown not being fully closed is the user's responsibility.
● Showers and Saunas: Steam and hot water cause gaskets to expand. Use in a shower
voids the warranty.
C. Magnetization
If your watch gains time drastically (minutes per day), it has been magnetized by exposure to speakers, mobile phones, or magnets. This is an external alteration, not a defect. Demagnetization is a maintenance service.
4. Claims and Diagnosis ProcessIf you believe your watch has a covered defect, please follow these steps:
1. Contact: Email us at semprawatchesltd@gmail.com describing the issue.
2. Shipping: We will provide instructions on how to send the watch to our Technical Service center.
3. Diagnosis: Our technicians will inspect the watch under a microscope.
Policy on Misuse Fees: If the defect is a factory fault, all costs are covered.
IMPORTANT: If the technical diagnosis reveals that the failure is due to an excluded cause (broken pivot due to impact, magnetism, water damage due to negligence), the customer must pay the diagnostic and shipping fees to have the watch returned.
